All courses, workshops and products must be paid for in advance.
Courses/Workshops - advance payment required. Once a course/workshop is booked and paid for no refunds can be made as courses are run on numbers booked. A place on a future course may be made available at the discretion of Macclesfield Hypnotherapy. If a course is cancelled by Macclesfield Hypnotherapy a full refund will, of course, be given.
Stop smoking sessions - advance payment required. If the appointment is cancelled by the client no refund will be made. An alternative date may be offered at the discretion of Macclesfield Hypnotherapy.
CDs - advance payment required. These are shipped within seven days of receipt of order. If the recording is found to have been damaged in transit in any way it should be returned to Macclesfield Hypnotherapy and a replacement will be issued.
Therapy sessions - if a client cancels, or misses, an appointment without at least 24 hours notice the session will be charged for as if it has taken place as it will be impossible to fill the slot so late in the day.
Payments - Courses/Workshops and CD payments can be made securely online via PayPal (or by cheque by arrangement).
